Pre-Installation Assessment (currently at this step)
Once you've reviewed our pricing and selected a system, we'll schedule a convenient time to visit your home. During this assessment, we will verify that the installation can proceed as planned, confirm appropriate system sizing, evaluate your existing ductwork, and answer any questions you may have about the installation process.
Secure Your Installation
A deposit will be collected during the pre-installation assessment to reserve your installation date and secure equipment ordering. This confirms your commitment and allows us to begin preparing for your installation.
Professional Installation
We'll schedule your installation date based on your preference and our availability. Most standard installations can be completed in a single day. More complex projects involving multiple units or additional modifications may require additional time, which we'll discuss with you in advance.
Quality Assurance Testing
Following installation, our technicians conduct comprehensive performance testing to ensure your system operates at peak efficiency. This includes refrigerant level verification, airflow measurements, temperature differential testing, and system programming to your specific comfort preferences.
Project Completion
Once all work has been completed and verified to meet our rigorous quality standards, the remaining balance will be collected. We'll walk you through your new system's operation and answer any questions you might have about maintenance or operation.
Warranty Registration
We handle all the paperwork! Truficient will file all necessary documentation with manufacturers to register your equipment and activate all applicable warranties. You'll receive confirmation of your warranty coverage for your records, ensuring you're protected for years to come.
