We received a service call for a townhome where the HVAC unit kept tripping the breaker. Upon arrival, we discovered a Fujitsu multi-zone mini-split system serving the three-level townhome. However, a quick inspection of the roof revealed a glaring problem: the outdoor heat pump units, grouped together for multiple townhomes, were arranged in a way that directly compromised their performance and longevity.
