Thermostat

The thermostat is the brain of your HVAC unit. We offer a free standard Honeywell thermostat with each purchase. You can upgrade to a smart thermostat to set schedules and control with a smartphone.

Air Filtration

The Air filter in the HVAC system has two main jobs: to A) purify your home’s air and B ) to keep your AC system free of dust and dirt.

Air has to pass through your filter before it’s cooled/heated and blown back into your home. And because your filter is composed of tightly woven material (fiberglass, paper or cloth), larger particles in the air like dust, pollen, mold spores, etc. get trapped in the filter keeping the air you breathe clean as well as your AC system.

Standard

All systems come with your standard 1 inch Merv 8 filter. These filters need to be changed on a regular basis every 1 to 2 months

Merv 11 (4 inch)

MERV 11 filters effectively reduce pollen, dust, pet dander, mold spores, dust mites and other allergens from indoor air.

Electronic Air Cleaner

CleanEffects™ removes up to 99.98% @.3 Micron size allergens from the filtered air, Removes a lesser % of particles down to .01 micron in size

Duct Sealing

In typical houses, about 20 to 30% of the air that moves through the typical duct system is lost due to leaks, holes, and poorly connected ducts. The result is higher utility bills, poor indoor air quality and difficulty keeping the house comfortable.


The process of sealing the HVAC system consists of sealing these parts to achieve less than 7% air loss.
